At Eden & Om, we want your home to be a sanctuary of comfort; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any old labels.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
